An old town on the Sankosh

Sapatgram’s municipal board describes it as a border town between Dhubri and Kokrajhar districts on the Sankosh river, about 48 km from Dhubri, and one of the oldest towns in Dhubri district. Its known sites include the Sri Sri Lilananda Thakur (Pagal Baba) Ashram and the Ram Krishna Seva Ashram. The town covers about 2.95 km² and counted about 12,160 people in 2011.

A town that sits on a district boundary serves customers from both sides, and visitors to its ashrams come from further still. For a shop, guest house or service, that makes a clear website — with where you are, what you offer and how to reach you — more useful than in a town where everyone already knows everyone.

How a remote project runs

I’m based in Hyderabad and work remotely. There’s no office to visit — every project is handled directly by me, over WhatsApp, email and calls, with designs shared online for review.

    The site goes live and is checked once it’s running. On WordPress you can edit your own content, and ongoing monthly support is available.
