Kausar.Build is a personal portfolio website. It has no user accounts, no forms, no cookies, no advertising and no analytics or tracking scripts. The only personal information I receive is what you choose to send me when you get in touch.
Who I am
This website (kausarbuild.site) is run by Kausar Siddique, an independent designer and developer based in Hyderabad, India (“I”, “me”, “Kausar.Build”). For any privacy question, email kausar.build@gmail.com.
Information collected automatically
Like every website, this one is delivered by a web hosting provider. When you visit, the hosting server may record standard technical information in its logs, such as:
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it,
- your browser and device type,
- the pages and files requested, and the date and time of the request,
- the address of the page that linked you here, if any.
These logs are used only to keep the website running, secure and protected against abuse. I do not use them to identify or profile visitors, and they are kept according to the hosting provider’s standard retention practices.
Information you share when you contact me
You can reach me by WhatsApp, Instagram, phone or email. When you do, I receive whatever you choose to share — for example your name, phone number, email address, social media profile and the content of your messages.
I use this information only to reply to you, discuss and deliver your project, and keep reasonable records of our work together. I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and I do not add you to mailing lists.
I keep your messages and project details for as long as they are needed for these purposes, or as required by law, and then delete them.
Third-party services
This website links to services operated by other companies, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Spotify, GitHub, LinkedIn and X (Twitter). These links simply take you to those services; this website does not embed their tracking scripts. Once you follow a link, that service’s own privacy policy applies to anything you do there.
All fonts and images on this website are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not send requests to font or image services such as Google Fonts.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use local storage to track you. Your browser may keep cached copies of files (such as images and stylesheets) to load pages faster; you can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to:
- tell you what personal information I hold about you,
- correct information that is inaccurate,
- delete information you have shared with me,
- stop using your information for a particular purpose.
To make a request, email kausar.build@gmail.com. I will respond within a reasonable time, and in line with applicable data protection law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it applies.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect information you share with me. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, however, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared personal information with me, please get in touch and I will delete it.

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
