Udalguri district was created on 14 June 2004 from Darrang as one of the districts of the Bodoland Territorial Council, with Bhutan and Arunachal Pradesh’s West Kameng district to the north. Bhairabkunda, with its man-made Gethsemane forest, is a well-known picnic spot, Paneri is among the district’s tea gardens, and the Dhansiri irrigation project is in the district. Udalguri town, the headquarters, sits at about 180 m; its town committee was notified in 1984 and became a municipal board in 2018.
Visitors heading for Bhairabkunda and the hills, and buyers dealing with tea gardens, both look for local businesses online. Clear websites help guest houses, guides, suppliers and shops be found by people who are coming from somewhere else.

The site goes live and is checked once it’s running. On WordPress you can edit your own content, and ongoing monthly support is available.
