A hillside headquarters on the Kopili
Hamren is a hillside town and the headquarters of West Karbi Anglong, which was formed from the Hamren sub-division of Karbi Anglong in 2016. The Kopili river flows through the town, Borapani lake lies towards its southern border, and State Highway 18 links it with Hojai and Nagaon districts. About 8,700 people lived in Hamren in 2011. The district’s other municipal towns are Donkamokam and Baithalangso.
In a young hill district, many organisations and businesses have no web presence at all, and visitors have little to go on. A simple, accurate website — what you do, where you are and how to get there — fills that gap, and lakes and rivers like these give homestays and guides something real to show.

I’m based in Hyderabad and work remotely. There’s no office to visit — every project is handled directly by me, over WhatsApp, email and calls, with designs shared online for review.
