A Barak Valley district bordering Mizoram
Hailakandi’s municipal board, established in 1963, describes a developing town in the Barak Valley and the headquarters of a district that borders Mizoram to the south. The Dhaleshwari river flows through the heart of the town, which has road and rail links; tea gardens are found in the Serispore area, and organic farming is practised alongside modern agriculture. Hailakandi has been a sub-division since 1869, and its official languages include Bengali and Meitei (Manipuri).
In a district where customers speak Bengali, Meitei, Assamese and English, a website that keeps the essentials simple — and, where useful, offers key pages in a second language — works for everyone. Tea and organic produce also give local growers something worth showing to buyers outside the valley.

I’m based in Hyderabad and work remotely. There’s no office to visit — every project is handled directly by me, over WhatsApp, email and calls, with designs shared online for review.

The site goes live and is checked once it’s running. On WordPress you can edit your own content, and ongoing monthly support is available.

Yes. I’m based in Hyderabad and work remotely: projects run over WhatsApp, email and calls, with designs shared online for review. There’s no office to visit, and every project is handled directly by me.
