Thirty kilometres from Itanagar
Gohpur’s municipal board describes it as a main township of Biswanath district and the birthplace of the freedom fighter Kanaklata Barua, who was shot during the Quit India Movement. Itanagar, the capital of Arunachal Pradesh, is only 31 km away on NH-415, while Guwahati is about 299 km by road; small boats on the Brahmaputra connect Gohpur with Majuli and Jorhat. About 12,200 people lived in the town in 2011.
Being so close to a state capital makes Gohpur a supply town for buyers on both sides of the border. A trader, transporter or service business with a website that shows what it offers and how quickly it can deliver to Itanagar has a real advantage.

I’m based in Hyderabad and work remotely. There’s no office to visit — every project is handled directly by me, over WhatsApp, email and calls, with designs shared online for review.
