The land of Muga
Dhakuakhana’s municipal board describes the sub-divisional town as “known as the land of Muga culture of Assam”, with the Brahmaputra forming its eastern boundary and a mixed population of Chutia, Mishing, Ahom, Sut, Deori and Koch communities. The town committee was established in 2003; the board now has 10 wards over about 13.8 km² and about 13,500 residents (2011).
Muga silk is valuable and buyers want to know it’s genuine. A weaver or seller with a clear website — what the fabric is, how it’s made, real photographs and how to order — earns that trust far better than a forwarded image.

How a remote project runs
I’m based in Hyderabad and work remotely. There’s no office to visit — every project is handled directly by me, over WhatsApp, email and calls, with designs shared online for review.
Discovery

Design review
Layouts and an interactive prototype you open on your own phone and laptop, then comment on before anything is built.
Development
Built on WordPress, Shopify or hand-coded HTML and CSS, with on-page SEO in place and testing across phones, tablets and desktops.
Launch & support
The site goes live and is checked once it’s running. On WordPress you can edit your own content, and ongoing monthly support is available.
