Assam’s bell-metal town
Sarthebari’s municipal board places the town in Bajali district and describes it as the home of the bell-metal industry — the second-largest handicraft in Assam after bamboo craft — known for traditional Assamese bell-metal utensils and the xorai. The town was declared in 1955; Sarthebari Higher Secondary School dates from 1940, and Bapuji College serves higher education.
Bell-metal pieces are bought as gifts, for weddings and for ceremonies, often by people far from Sarthebari. They need to see the finish, the size and the weight before buying. A good catalogue site with clear photographs, honest descriptions and an easy way to enquire or order can open those buyers up to workshops that currently sell only locally.

Can you help photograph metal products?
I can advise on lighting and backgrounds so the shine and detail show properly; the shooting itself is done locally. The site is built so large photos still load quickly.
Can I take orders from other states?
Yes. An online store can calculate shipping and take payments through a gateway in your own name.
Do you work with businesses in Assam remotely?
Yes. I’m based in Hyderabad and work remotely: projects run over WhatsApp, email and calls, with designs shared online for review. There’s no office to visit, and every project is handled directly by me.
