Western Assam’s trading town
Barpeta Road’s municipal board describes the town as “the commercial capital of Western Assam”. Its railway station sits at the heart of the town, with direct trains to cities as far as Bengaluru, Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram, and the town lies on the national highway with regular bus links. The municipal board had about 35,500 residents across 10 wards at the 2011 Census.
A trading town draws customers from the villages and towns around it, many of whom check a business on their phone before travelling in. For wholesalers and shops, a website that shows the range, stock categories, opening hours and a WhatsApp button turns that check into a visit or an order.

I’m based in Hyderabad and work remotely. There’s no office to visit — every project is handled directly by me, over WhatsApp, email and calls, with designs shared online for review.

The site goes live and is checked once it’s running. On WordPress you can edit your own content, and ongoing monthly support is available.

Can customers order through WhatsApp from my website?
Yes. Product pages can open a WhatsApp chat with the item already named, so customers don’t have to type anything — and you keep the conversation on your own phone.
