A municipal town in Barpeta district
Howly’s municipal board covers 10 wards in Barpeta district and recorded about 18,300 residents at the 2011 Census; the board’s page describes Howly as a small and clean town and reports a high literacy rate. Barpeta Road, the district’s main commercial centre, has its own page on this site.
In a town of this size, word of mouth still does most of the work — but people increasingly check a business online before they call, especially for schools, clinics and anything they buy only occasionally. A small, clear website backs up that word of mouth.

How a remote project runs
I’m based in Hyderabad and work remotely. There’s no office to visit — every project is handled directly by me, over WhatsApp, email and calls, with designs shared online for review.
Discovery
A call or WhatsApp conversation about your goals, your customers and the content you already have. Scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing.
Design review
Layouts and an interactive prototype you open on your own phone and laptop, then comment on before anything is built.
Development
Built on WordPress, Shopify or hand-coded HTML and CSS, with on-page SEO in place and testing across phones, tablets and desktops.
Launch & support
The site goes live and is checked once it’s running. On WordPress you can edit your own content, and ongoing monthly support is available.

Before we start
Do you only work with bigger businesses?
No. Many projects are small sites for small businesses. The quote depends on what the site needs to do, not on the size of the town.
Can I see the design before paying the full amount?
You review the design online before anything is built, and payment terms are agreed in the quote before work starts.
Do you work with businesses in Assam remotely?
